Clearing the Path for Bolivia's Indigenous Nations
The Vice-Chancellor, on his return from the 55th Assembly of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, reported that exposure of President Evo Morales at the international forum influential in supporting the Bolivian cause.

Diplomatic efforts conducted by the Deputy Foreign Minister Juan Carlos Alurralde in Vienna (Austria) paid off, as 9 out of 10 countries support the decriminalization of coca leaf chewing (mastication) of coca leaf for medicinal and cultural Alurralde reported.
